Breakfast - the one meal I rarely change, because I'm not a morning person, and it's easy to do same daily. - Steel cut oats 1/4c dry - 8oz soy or almond milk (I react to dairy) - Apple, pear and banana (may change fruit depending on what's in season) Lunch - start with a bed of some kind of dark green leafy veg - spinach, kale, chard, etc. Nuke for a few minutes, kinda like steaming it. No limit, this stuff is high-protein, low cal. Add mush, onion (raw or pseudo-grilled in water), some kind of bean for balancing the protein, and a half ounce of some form of nuts. Side dish is 8oz carrots and a cup or more of mushrooms (I love mushes). Dinner - A larger bed of greens, then a layer of typ, chick peas, sliced tomatoes, red or green peppers. 1/4 pound of some kind of meat, usually lean beef or salmon, I don't like chicken.
