I think it's because she doesn't respect what I do. So, I hardly ever use the laminator but when I did, it jammed. Not a huge deal, worse has happened and the old lady just joked about it with the offender. So, I walk up to her and tell her and she gets pissed! She tells me I shouldn't use it if I can't figure it out. Then she storms off. She also told me to shut up once. I'm glad she'll be gone soon. I did bust the laminator again, but I never told her. There were high school kids around and she thought one of them did it.
